Lemons!

It is not a great time of year, still a way to go until summer, so a perfect time to celebrate all things lemony!

I am just finishing a still life with a lovely knobbly Sorrento Lemon. To me they are like little spheres of condensed sunshine, perfect to paint on a dull rainy day , certainly better for the soul than listening to the news. I recommend contemplating a fresh lemon, full of zest and vitamin C.
